The Flying Dutchmen Model Airplane Club

The Flying Dutchmen Aeromodelers is a model airplane club that is affiliated with the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and was organized July 8, 1934. Originally, the major interest was in various kinds of free-flight and rubber band powered models. Over the years, development and interest in control-line flying increased, and this was reflected in the interest and activities of the club. Today, the Flying Dutchmen is an exclusively control-line club.
